Ladies, it’s time to don your favourite pair of Louboutins and step up to the challenge of running in heels – you’ll be helping out a worthy cause and making it into the Guinness Book of Records all at the same time.

The Warwick Foundation, supporting cancer-sufferers aged between 18- 40, will be holding a Guinness World Record Break on Saturday 10th April 2010 at Whitten Oval, in Footscray, Victoria. Participants will run 80 metres in high heeled shoes in an attempt to smash the record for “The Most People Running in High Heeled Shoes.” All you need to do is register for the run here, and invite your friends and family to sponsor you – all money raised goes towards the Warwick Foundation’s “Mates in My Shoes” program.

We think there’s no better way to feel good about yourself than to help out someone in need. And if you happen to end up in the Guinness Book of Records whilst doing it, then all the better! Just don’t forget to pack your Party Feet…
